There is a fire in our hearts to see a move of God sweep across the globe. He is the preeminent answer to our greatest needs, and the only thing that will transform lives and cities. Our mission is to be an equipping engine for ministry to the Lord through planting local churches, events, training, funding modern-day Levites, and creating online media resources for the masses.

Our approach to beliefs centers around one main belief, the person Jesus Christ. Through that Person, His statements, and His actions we interpret and conclude all other beliefs.

MICHAEL & LORISA MILLER

Founders & Lead Pastors

Michael and Lorisa started a prayer meeting in a small upstairs office space overlooking downtown Dallas in April of 2010. From that “upper room” prayer meeting, God birthed a movement of prayer and worship in Dallas that continues to grow to this day. Thousands have been impacted by Upper Room Dallas as people from all over the region gather to worship and pray morning, noon and night. Upper Rooms have since been planted in cities across the United States and internationally. The Millers are passionate about building vibrant community marked by the presence of God and encounter. Michael has been in full time ministry since 2001. Michael and Lorisa have four beautiful children (Hannah, Salem, Freeland, and Truman)

PETER LOUIS

Teaching Pastor

Peter works locally and internationally to train and equip the church for works of ministry, to preach the gospel, to be a catalyst for revival and to reconcile the lost to God. He’s the author of two books, Back to The Gospel and Back to Pentecost, along with training materials and curriculum. Peter lives in Dallas with his wife Kristi and his five kids. Peter Louis is the founder of Braveheart Ministries in Dallas, Texas.
