GENERAL INFORMATION‍

What is the school’s calendar? USM classes begin at the end of August and continue through May. See 2021-2022 Calendar for specific dates.

What is the school’s weekly schedule? USM meets Monday through Thursday from 8a - 2p and includes weekend services.

Where is the school located? Dallas, Texas

Does the school accept international students? Unfortunately, the UPPERROOM School of Ministry cannot accept international students at this time though we desire to in the future.

ADMISSIONS

When is the application deadline? April 30, 2021

How much is the application fee? $40 (nonrefundable)

What is required to apply? Digital passport style photo, a copy of your high school or college transcript or GED, application fee, 3 references: 2 pastoral, 1 personal.

FINANCES

What does tuition cover? Tuition for the 2021-2022 school year is $5000 and covers all classes, books, and the Fall and Spring Retreat. Tuition does not cover living expenses while in Dallas, gas to retreats, or missions trips. Tuition should be paid in full by September 1, 2021.

Do you provide financial aid? No. We do not provide financial aid.

Can I work while attending school? USM requires approximately 25 hours per week. So, yes, it is possible to work during the school year. However, we recommend setting the year aside to grow in the LORD.

How much do mission trips cost? Mission trips range from $500 - $2,000 depending on where you serve.
